Customer Support Specialist - ideal for Biomedical scientist

JOB DESCRIPTION: About the Role We are looking for a highly motivated Customer Support Specialist to join our Core Diagnostics team. In this role, you will deliver exceptional remote support to customers across assay applications, systems, and instrumentation (Alinty). You will play a critical role in ensuring high customer satisfaction while maintaining compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
