Role Overview
This is a full-time, on-site position based in London for a Customer Support Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone, offering clear and accurate guidance on using the Build Halt project management app.
- Investigate and resolve technical issues promptly.
- Document common problems and suggest resolutions.
- Escalate complex cases to internal teams as needed.
- Help maintain the knowledge base and gather customer feedback.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to improve features and enhance the overall user experience.
- Uphold high customer satisfaction metrics with consistent, professional communication.

Requirements & Qualifications
Essential Skills & Experience
- Strong experience in Customer Support with a proven ability to handle inquiries efficiently and empathetically.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including clear communication with users of varying technical backgrounds.
- Technical support experience, with the capability to troubleshoot software issues and guide users through solutions.
- Analytical skills to identify patterns in customer issues, suggest improvements, and contribute to process enhancements.
- Familiarity with web-based and SaaS applications.
- Proficiency in written and verbal English communication is fundamental.
- Ability to work on-site in London, manage multiple tasks, and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in customer-facing roles.
