Role Purpose
To provide on-site support for IT hardware and software products, adhering to required Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Deliver efficient, proactive IT support to meet customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain hardware (PC’s, laptops, printers, servers, AV equipment, telephony, and networking tools) across multiple sites.
- Resolve operating system and application-related incidents per customer/manufacturer procedures.
- Complete IMAC (Install/Move/Add/Change) projects following customer specifications.
- Maintain regular communication with Call Administration/Service Delivery Manager and on-site stakeholders.
- Process RMA (Return Material Authorisation) and equipment movements promptly and securely.
- Achieve set KPIs while ensuring work complies with all Fire, Security, and Health & Safety regulations.
- Log all incidents in the approved ITSM (IT Service Management) tool and adhere to SLAs.
- Upskill in new technologies and maintain technical competencies.
- Willingness to undertake on-call duties and additional overtime when required.
- Mentor junior Field Delivery Engineers as needed.
- Comply with all company and customer policies, acting responsibly in handling workplace safety.
- Maintain company assets in good working condition.
- Produce and update technical documentation where necessary.

Skills and Experience
- Professional and presentable appearance required.
- Full UK driving licence (customer-specific requirement).
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Ability to obtain Government and/or Police Security clearances (no regulatory restrictions).
- Self-driven with strong organisational skills; capable of working independently.
- Equivalent qualifications to CompTIA A+, along with knowledge of:
- Operating system administration
- Application support
- Telephony systems
- Ability to work at heights and undergo manual handling activities.
- Demonstrates positive teamwork behaviours.
