Location: Bedwell Road, Crosslanes, LL13 0TR Pay: £14.48 per hour Contract: 20 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent part-time Working Pattern: Mix of opening, closing, and mid-day shifts, with flexibility across the week (incl. 2 evening shifts and 1 weekend shift per month, e.g., Friday after 6pm, Saturday, or Sunday)

About the Role
Join us as a Customer Team Leader and take the next step toward managing your own store.
In this dynamic role, you’ll:
- Lead a small team in a fast-paced Co-op store, offering essential services (post office, bakery, online orders, home delivery support).
- Play a vital role in delivering exceptional service, adapting to daily demands, and fostering community connections.

Responsibilities
- Operational Leadership: Own the day-to-day running of the store, steering your shift team toward smooth operations and outstanding service.
- Team Development: Motivate, coach, and support team members to deliver efficient service and high performance.
- Hands-on Support: Work on the shop floor, at tills, and set the pace for efficiency and customer care.
- Store Performance: Improve merchandising, stock accuracy, HR processes, and general store operations.
- Community Champion: Promote Co-op values, grow member loyalty, and support local charitable initiatives.
