Customer Team Leader
Location
Burns Court Broad Street Modbury, PL21 0PY
Pay & Contract
£14.48 per hour
- 14 hours per week (minimum) + regular overtime
- Permanent contract, part-time
Working Pattern
A dynamic schedule including:
- Opening/closing shifts OR mid-day shifts
- Flexibility across the week, e.g. 2 weekend/evening shifts weekly (Friday after 6pm, Saturday/Sunday availability)

About the Role
Join Co-op as a Customer Team Leader and progress towards managing your own store.
Key Responsibilities: You’ll lead a team in a fast-paced store, delivering essential services:
- Support post office, bakery, online orders, or home delivery operations
- Fill shelves, manage sales, and champion Co-op memberships/charities
- Foster community connections & local support
