Customer Team Leader
Location: 105-111 Winchester Road, Chandlers Ford, Eastleigh, SO53 2GH
Pay: £14.48 per hour
Contract: 24 hours per week (part-time, permanent) Including regular overtime and flexibility across shifts, including evening/weekend work.
Working Pattern:
- Mix of opening, closing, and mid-day shifts
- At least 2 evening shifts (e.g., Friday after 6 PM)
- 1 weekend shift (Saturday or Sunday)
- Availability discussed further at interview

About the Role
Join us as a Customer Team Leader and take the next step toward managing your own store. In this role, you’ll lead a small team in a fast-paced Co-op store, ensuring essential services—post office, bakery, online orders, or home deliveries—run smoothly.
Whatever the day brings, you’ll play a key role in making life easier for our customers, fostering local community connections, and championing Co-op membership.

Responsibilities
- Lead your team—oversee day-to-day operations and shift management
- Motivate and coach colleagues to deliver excellent service & efficiency
- Work the shop floor—assist with tills, merchandising, and stock accuracy
- Support HR processes, store performance, and operational improvements
- Engage with the community and promote Co-op membership
Requirements
