About the Role
Location: Boscombe Road, Amesbury, SP4 7JH Pay: £14.48 per hour Contract: 16-30 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent (part-time)
Work an exciting mix of opening, closing, and midday shifts, with flexibility required across the week—including at least one weekend shift (Friday after 6pm, any Saturday shift, or Sunday). Flexibility in availability discussed during interview.
Deliver essential community services as a Customer Team Leader, helping to manage a fast-paced Co-op store while supporting the post office, bakery, online services, or home delivery drivers.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead a small team across shifts to maintain store efficiency
- Motivate and coach Team Members for exceptional service
- Work hands-on at tills and shop floor, setting a high standard across operations
- Oversee stock accuracy, merchandising, and HR processes
- Promote community engagement and membership growth
