Customer Team Leader

Location: Plough Street, Conwy, Llanrwst, LL26 0AG

Pay: £14.48 per hour

Contract: 20 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent contract, part time

Working Pattern: A mix of opening, closing, and mid-day shifts, including at least:

  • 2 evening shifts (Friday after 6pm, evenings on other days)
  • 1 weekend shift (any shift on Saturday or Sunday)

About the Role

You must be aged 18+ to authorise age-related sales.

Join us as a Customer Team Leader and take the first step toward managing your own store.

As a Customer Team Leader, you’ll lead a small team in a fast-paced Co-op store, delivering essential services to your community. This could involve working in our post office, bakery, online services, or supporting home delivery drivers. Every day brings new challenges, but you’ll play a key role in making life easier for customers.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the day-to-day store operations, leading the team during your shift.
  • Motivate, coach, and support Customer Team Members to deliver excellent service.
  • Work on the shop floor and tills, setting the standard for a positive and efficient work environment.
  • Support store performance through merchandising, stock accuracy, and HR processes.
  • Champion Co-op by engaging with the community and growing membership.
