Customer Team Leader
Location 82–84 Groomsport Road, Bangor, BT20 5NF
Role Details
- Pay: £14.48 per hour
- Contract: 16 hours per week + regular overtime (permanent, part-time)
- Working Pattern: Mix of opening, closing, and mid-day shifts
- Materials days, evening shifts (e.g. Friday after 6pm), and weekend duty (Saturday/Sunday shifts)
- Flexible week-on-week availability; discuss further at interview

About the Role
As a Customer Team Leader, you’ll lead a small team in a high-energy Co-op store, delivering essential community services. Your responsibilities may include supporting our post office, bakery, online services, and home delivery drivers, helping customers thrive and shaping new product offerings.

What You’ll Do
- Manage store operations as shift leader, guiding Customer Team Members
- Lead by example: Motivate the team, coach service standards, and ensure streamlined checks
- Tackle hands-on tasks: Tills, stock management, visual displays, and HR-advised solutions
- Be frontline for Co-op values: Activate community engagement and boost membership sign-ups
