Pay: £14.48 per hour

Contract: 20 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent part-time

Working Pattern: Mix of early (opening at 5am), late (closing at 10pm), and mid-day shifts with flexibility:
- At least 2 evening shifts (e.g., Friday after 6pm)
- 1 weekend shift (available on Saturday or Sunday)
- Availability can be discussed further at interview

Role Responsibilities
You will:
- Lead the store on your shift, overseeing daily operations and team coordination.
- Mentor and coach Customer Team Members to deliver exceptional service and operational efficiency.
- Work actively on the shop floor and at tills, setting a high standard for team performance.
- Drive merchandising, stock accuracy, and HR compliance to support store performance.
- Engage with the community to promote Co-op values and membership growth.
