Location

Poole Road, Upton, Poole, BH16 5JA

Rate & Contract

  • Pay: £14.48 per hour

  • Contract: 20 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent part-time

  • Working Pattern: Mix of early (opening at 5am), late (closing at 10pm), and mid-day shifts with flexibility:

    • At least 2 evening shifts (e.g., Friday after 6pm)
    • 1 weekend shift (available on Saturday or Sunday)
    • Availability can be discussed further at interview
  • Discount: 30% on all Co-op products in-store

Role Responsibilities

You will:

  • Lead the store on your shift, overseeing daily operations and team coordination.
  • Mentor and coach Customer Team Members to deliver exceptional service and operational efficiency.
  • Work actively on the shop floor and at tills, setting a high standard for team performance.
  • Drive merchandising, stock accuracy, and HR compliance to support store performance.
  • Engage with the community to promote Co-op values and membership growth.
