Customer Team Member
Customer Team Member at Co-op
Location: High Street, Stanton Hill, NG17 3GA
Pay: £13.04 per hour
Contract: 16 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent contract (part time)
Working hours: Mixed shifts including:

At least 2 evening shifts

1 weekend shift (Friday after 6pm, or Saturday/Sunday) Flexibility to discuss availability during interview

Full paid training provided

About the Role
At Co-op, we’re looking for friendly and committed individuals to join our Customer Team Member roles in a local store. As part of a vibrant team, you’ll deliver essential services that empower your community by making everyday tasks easier for customers.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, thoughtful customer service, putting things right when needed
- Collaborate with your team to ensure smooth daily operations
- Work on the shop floor, till, and in different store departments, such as:
- Post office
- Bakery
- Online order picking and packing
- Maintain store performance by:
- Keeping shelves stocked
- Checking price accuracy, dates, and stock levels
- Ensuring compliance with legal and safety regulations
- Promote Co-op Membership and local community initiatives
