Pay: £13.04 per hour Contract: 12 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent, part-time Working pattern:
- Wednesday and Friday: 3pm–10pm
- Sunday: 3pm–10pm
- Additional availability required (discussed at interview)
Full paid training provided.

About the Role
Co-op is searching for enthusiastic Customer Team Members to join a supportive team in our fast-moving store. Your work will make a difference every day—whether it’s running the post office, managing the bakery, or processing online orders for home delivery. You will be a trusted, friendly face in your local community, promoting Co-op membership and supporting national/local charities.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Deliver friendly and thoughtful customer service and resolve issues
- Collaborate with your team to keep operations running smoothly
- Work on the shop floor, tills, and daily store tasks
- Ensure stock accuracy by checking prices, dates, shelving, and reviews safety compliance (e.g., temperatures)
- Promote the benefits of Co-op Membership and engage locally
