Location: 47 High Park Drive, Heaton, Bradford, BD9 6HX

Pay: £13.04 per hour

Contract:

  • 10 hours per week + regular overtime
  • Permanent contract, part time

Working Pattern: A mix of opening, mid-day, and closing shifts with flexibility, including:

  • At least 2 evening shifts (e.g., Friday after 6pm)
  • 1 weekend shift (any Saturday or Sunday) We’ll discuss your availability at interview.

Training: Full, paid training provided. Apply easily via mobile assessments (no CV needed).


About the Role

We’re looking for Customer Team Members to join our team at Co-op, delivering friendly service in our local Heaton store.

As a Customer Team Member, you’ll be part of a fast-moving team, helping make life easier for your community. Roles may include assisting in the post office, bakery, or order picking for home delivery, ensuring customers get the best service. You’ll be a familiar face, supporting sales, keeping shelves stocked, and promoting community impact through Co-op Memberships and charity efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver friendly, thoughtful customer service while helping resolve issues promptly
  • Maintain smooth store operations, assisting at the shop floor and tills
  • Keep shelves stocked and check prices, dates, and stock accuracy to ensure safety and legality
  • Promote Co-op Membership and support local charity partnerships
  • Work flexibly across shifts, including evenings and weekends
