Job Details
- Location: Papplewick Lane, Hucknall, NG15 8GL
- Pay: £13.04 per hour
- Contract: 16 hours per week + regular overtime (permanent, part-time)
- Working pattern: Mix of opening, closing, and mid-day shifts
- +2 evening shifts (Friday after 6pm or Saturday/Sunday shifts)
- Flexible scheduling for applicants to discuss further
- Training: Full, paid training provided

About the Role
We’re seeking passionate Customer Team Members to join the Co-op family—helping deliver friendly, helpful service in our local community.
As a Customer Team Member, you’ll work in a fast-paced store environment, supporting essential services such as the post office, bakery, or online order fulfilment. Your role is vital in ensuring customers receive exceptional service.

Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day store operations, delivering thoughtful customer service
- Work as part of a team to keep the store running smoothly
- Handle shop-floor duties, tills, and workflow contributions
- Ensure shelves are stocked, prices are accurate, and products meet legal requirements (e.g., dates, temperatures)
- Promote Co-op Membership and contribute to community-related initiatives

- Flexibility in working across various shifts, including evenings and weekends
- No retail experience necessary—just an interest in fast-paced environments
- Strong teamwork skills
