Location: 178-186 Padgate Lane, Warrington, WA1 3SP Pay: £13.04 per hour Contract: Permanent, part-time, 12 hours per week + regular overtime Working Pattern: Opening shifts with early starts (6am–early afternoon), flexible weekends (Friday post 6pm, any Saturday, or Sunday) Requirements: Applicants must be aged 18+ due to working hours


About the Role

We’re looking for friendly and proactive Customer Team Members to join our team at Co-op. Play a vital role in delivering customers service in your local Co-op store.

You’ll work as part of a dynamic team, helping keep our retail operations running smoothly—whether working in the post office, bakery, handling online orders, or ensuring a welcoming shopping experience.


What You’ll Do

  • Deliver friendly, helpful service to customers, resolving concerns as they arise
  • Work collaboratively with your team to support daily store operations
  • Engage hands-on with shop floor duties, till operations, and in-store bakery tasks
  • Ensure shelf stocking, price accuracy, and product freshness in compliance with regulations
  • Promote Co-op Membership and community engagement (e.g., local charity partnerships)
