Customer Team Member
Location: Plough Street, Conwy, Llanrwst, LL26 0AG Pay: £13.04 per hour Contract: 20 hours per week + regular overtime (permanent, part-time) Hours: 2pm–10pm (weekends included, discussed at interview)

About the Role
We’re recruiting Customer Team Members to deliver exceptional, community-focused service across our fast-paced Co-op store. Join a friendly team supporting essential services, such as:
- Our post office
- The bakery department
- Picking and packing online grocery orders
- Everyday customer service, sales, and stock rotation
You’ll be the familiar face helping customers daily, promoting Co-op Membership, and supporting local/national charities.

Key Responsibilities
- Customer experience: Resolve issues, provide thoughtful service, and enhance satisfaction.
- Frontline operations: Assist on the shop floor, at tills, and in daily stock/price checks.
- Store integrity: Uphold compliance with shelf stocking, pricing, temperature checks, and safety protocols.
- Teamwork: Collaborate to keep the store running smoothly and efficiently.
- Community & membership: Engage customers on Co-op membership benefits.

- The ability to flexibly adapt to shift patterns, weekends, and team working.
- An interest in retail (no prior experience required).
