Location: 1-2 Tilgate Parade, Crawley, RH10 5EQ Pay: £13.04 per hour Contract: 16 hours per week, permanent & part-time Working pattern:
- Mix of opening, closing & mid-day shifts
- Flexible across the week, including at least 2 evening shifts (Friday after 6pm) and 1 weekend shift (any shift on Saturday or Sunday)
- Availability discussed at interview

About the Role
We’re looking for Customer Team Members to join our team at the Co-op, playing a key role in delivering friendly, helpful service in your local store.
As a Customer Team Member, you’ll work as part of a fast-moving team, supporting essential services in the community. Your responsibilities could include:
- Working in the post office, bakery, or online services (picking/packing home deliveries)
- Helping stock shelves, assist at the till, or promote Co-op Membership

What You’ll Do
- Provide friendly and thoughtful customer service, ensuring a great shopping experience
- Support daily operations on the shop floor and at tills
- Maintain store performance by:
- Stocking shelves & checking prices, dates and stock accuracy
- Ensuring food safety and compliance (dates, temperatures)
- Help promote Co-op Membership and support your community

- An interest in retail and helping in fast-paced environments (no prior experience needed!)
