Location: Unit 1, Nottingham Railway Station, Carrington Street, Nottingham, NG2 3AS
Pay: £13.04 per hour Contract: 20 hours per week + regular overtime • Permanent • Part-time Working Pattern: Mix of early shifts (from 5am), late closes, and mid-day shifts, including:
- At least 2 evening shifts (e.g., Friday after 6pm)
- 1 weekend shift (Saturday or Sunday) Flexibility to discuss availability during interview.
Training: Full, paid training provided.
About the Role
We’re looking for Customer Team Members to join our team at the Co-op, delivering friendly, helpful service in our local store.
As part of this role, you’ll:
- Support essential services in-store, such as the post office, bakery, or online order processing (picking/packing home deliveries).
- Assist with day-to-day operations, ensuring store stock is available, prices are accurate, and customer needs are met.

Responsibilities
You'll be responsible for:
- Delivering friendly, thoughtfully service, resolving issues to keep customers happy.
- Collaborating with the team to maintain a smooth-running store.
- Working on-shop floor and at till points, supporting daily operations.
- Ensuring stock accuracy, pricing, and stock integrity (dates checked, temperatures regulated).
- Maintaining safety compliance in the store.
- Promoting Co-op Memberships and community fundraisers.
Person Specification
We’re looking for people who:
- Have a genuine passion for customer service and helping others.
- Can work flexibly across a variety of shifts and as part of a team.
- Have an interest in retail (experience is not essential).
