Location: 38-44 Dubbs Road, Port Glasgow, Inverclyde, PA14 5UA
Pay: £13.04 per hour Contract: 16 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent, part-time
Working Pattern:
- Closing shifts from mid-afternoon through to late evening/closing
- Flexible availability across the week, covering:
- At least 1 weekend shift per month (Friday after 6pm, any shift on Saturday, or Sunday)
- Full, paid training provided

About the Role
We’re looking for Customer Team Members to join our team at the Co-op, helping deliver friendly, helpful service in your local store.
As part of our dynamic store team, you’ll work alongside colleagues to:
- Assist customers in our post office, bakery, or with home delivery orders
- Play a key role in making daily life easier for those in your community

What You’ll Do
- Deliver friendly, thoughtful service in resolving customer issues
- Collaborate with the team to keep the store running efficiently
- Assist hands-on with shop floor and till operations
- Maintain shelf stocking, price checks, and date/temperature compliance
- Promote and manage Co-op Membership while supporting community initiatives
