Location: 38-44 Dubbs Road, Port Glasgow, Inverclyde, PA14 5UA

Pay: £13.04 per hour Contract: 16 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent, part-time

Working Pattern:

  • Closing shifts from mid-afternoon through to late evening/closing
  • Flexible availability across the week, covering:
    • At least 1 weekend shift per month (Friday after 6pm, any shift on Saturday, or Sunday)
  • Full, paid training provided
  • No CV required – apply easily via mobile assessments

About the Role

We’re looking for Customer Team Members to join our team at the Co-op, helping deliver friendly, helpful service in your local store.

As part of our dynamic store team, you’ll work alongside colleagues to:

  • Assist customers in our post office, bakery, or with home delivery orders
  • Play a key role in making daily life easier for those in your community

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver friendly, thoughtful service in resolving customer issues
  • Collaborate with the team to keep the store running efficiently
  • Assist hands-on with shop floor and till operations
  • Maintain shelf stocking, price checks, and date/temperature compliance
  • Promote and manage Co-op Membership while supporting community initiatives
