Location 1-2 Westbury Centre Westbury Road, Newcastle-under-Lyme, ST5 4LY
Remuneration £13.04 per hour
Contract Details
- Part-time: 16 hours per week + regular overtime
- Permanent
Working Pattern A mix of shifts:
- Opening, mid-day, and closing shifts
- At least 2 evening shifts (e.g., Friday after 6pm)
- 1 weekend shift (any Saturday or Sunday) Flexibility discussed at interview.
Training Full, paid training provided.

About the Role
We’re looking for Customer Team Members to join our team at Co-op. You’ll play a key role in delivering friendly, helpful service in your local Co-op store.
As part of a fast-moving team, you’ll support essential services—whether in:
- The post office
- The bakery
- Online orders, picking and packing for home delivery

What You’ll Do
- Deliver friendly, thoughtful service to put things right
- Work with your team to keep the store running smoothly
- Operate on the shop floor and tills
- Maintain store performance by:
- Stocking shelves accurately
- Checking product dates and pricing
- Ensuring hygiene and stock safety
- Promote Co-op Membership and engage with the community
