- Mix of shifts: 6am–2pm and 2pm–10pm
- Includes weekend coverage

About the Role
We’re seeking Customer Team Members to join the Co-op team and deliver friendly, helpful service in your local store.
As a Customer Team Member, you’ll work alongside a supportive team in a fast-paced retail environment, contributing to essential services like our post office, bakery, or online order fulfilment. Your role will involve:
- Assisting customers with purchases
- Stocking shelves and maintaining accurate pricing
- Supporting store operations—whether handling deliveries, running tills, or checking stock compliance
- Representing Co-op as a trusted local presence while promoting membership benefits
Your efforts will help people access what they need while fostering strong community ties—包括 backing national and local charities and raising funds when possible.

- Deliver friendly, thoughtful customer service and resolve issues efficiently
- Collaborate with colleagues to keep the store running smoothly
- Manage shop floor and checkout responsibilities, ensuring a positive shopping experience
- Maintain shelf stock, date checks, pricing accuracy, and temperature controls for food safety
- Uphold health & safety compliance, including security protocols
