Location: 105-111 Winchester Road, Chandlers Ford, Eastleigh, SO53 2GH
Pay: £13.04 per hour
Contract:
- 21 hours per week + regular overtime
- Permanent, part-time basis
Working Pattern: A mix of opening, closing and mid-day shifts with flexibility across the week, including at least 2 evening shifts (e.g., Friday after 6pm) and 1 weekend shift (Saturday or Sunday). Discussed further at interview.
Role Includes:
- Working in the in-store bakery
- Full paid training provided

As a Customer Team Member, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our local Co-op delivers the best possible service to our community. Your everyday work will directly contribute to:
- Keeping shelves stocked and supporting sales
- Acting as a familiar face in the community
- Assisting with post office and bakery services
- Supporting online order picking and packing for home deliveries
- Promoting Co-op Membership and local/national charities

Customer Service
- Deliver friendly, thoughtful service and help resolve issues when they arise
- Contribute to a smooth-running store through teamwork

Floor & Operations
- Work at till points, in-store bakery and wider shop floor duties
- Ensure stock is accurate, fresh and visually appealing
- Maintain compliance with shelf stocking, pricing, dates and temperatures

- Assist with charity support activities
