Location: Holyhead Road, Llanfair PG, LL61 5YX
Pay: £13.04 per hour
Contract: 16 hours per week + regular overtime Permanent, part-time
Working Pattern: Mix of opening, closing, and mid-day shifts, with flexibility including:
- At least 2 evening shifts (e.g., Friday after 6pm)
- 1 weekend shift (Saturday or Sunday) We’re happy to discuss availability further in interview.

About the Role
We’re looking for Customer Team Members to join our friendly team at Co-op, playing a key role in delivering exceptional service in a local store. As a team member, you’ll:
- Help stock shelves, support sales, and maintain a great shopping experience
- Work in or across areas like the post office, bakery, or online order picking
- Engage with your community, building relationships with customers
- Promote Co-op Membership and support local/charity initiatives

Responsibilities

Customer Service: Deliver thoughtful, friendly service, addressing customer needs and resolving issues.

Team Work: Collaborate with your team to maintain efficient store operations.

Frontline Duties:
- Assist on the shop floor, including tills
- Stock shelves and verify prices, dates, and product accuracy
- Ensure shelf stocking, pricing, and safety compliance

Community & Co-op Support: Promote Co-op Membership and uphold the brand’s commitment to local community engagement.

- Flexibility to work across shifts and as part of a dynamic team
- An interest in retail (no experience required)
