Customer Team Member

Location: Holyhead Road, Llanfair PG, LL61 5YX

Pay: £13.04 per hour

Contract: 16 hours per week + regular overtime Permanent, part-time

Working Pattern: Mix of opening, closing, and mid-day shifts, with flexibility including:

  • At least 2 evening shifts (e.g., Friday after 6pm)
  • 1 weekend shift (Saturday or Sunday) We’re happy to discuss availability further in interview.

About the Role

We’re looking for Customer Team Members to join our friendly team at Co-op, playing a key role in delivering exceptional service in a local store. As a team member, you’ll:

  • Help stock shelves, support sales, and maintain a great shopping experience
  • Work in or across areas like the post office, bakery, or online order picking
  • Engage with your community, building relationships with customers
  • Promote Co-op Membership and support local/charity initiatives

Responsibilities

  • Customer Service: Deliver thoughtful, friendly service, addressing customer needs and resolving issues.

  • Team Work: Collaborate with your team to maintain efficient store operations.

  • Frontline Duties:

    • Assist on the shop floor, including tills
    • Stock shelves and verify prices, dates, and product accuracy
    • Ensure shelf stocking, pricing, and safety compliance
  • Community & Co-op Support: Promote Co-op Membership and uphold the brand’s commitment to local community engagement.
