Customer Team Member

Customer Team Member – Permanent, Part-Time, Llandudno

Role Overview

Location: Glan-Y-Mor Road, Penryn Bay, Llandudno, LL30 3NL Pay: £13.04 per hour Contract: 12 hours per week (flexible, permanent, part-time) + regular overtime, including:

  • A mix of opening, closing + mid-day shifts
  • At least 2 evenings per week (e.g. Friday after 6pm)
  • 1 weekend shift (Saturday or Sunday)
  • Training fully covered

Join our Customer Team at Co-op and deliver friendly, community-focused service in your local store. Work hand-in-hand to keep shelves stocked, support sales, and create a seamless shopping experience—whether in the bakery, post office, or preparing home deliveries.


What You’ll Do

In your fast-paced, collaborative store, you’ll:

  • Provide thoughtful customer service, resolving issues and ensuring satisfaction
  • Contribute to daily operations across tills, shelves, and back-of-store tasks
  • Maintain shelf stock, pricing accuracy, and product safety (including temperature checks)
  • Promote Co-op Membership and participate in community charity initiatives
  • Support online ordering by packing orders for home delivery
