Customer Team Member – Widdrington Station, Ulgham
Location: Widdrington Station, Ulgham, NE61 5ND Pay: £13.04 per hour Contract: 12 hours per week + regularly overtime, permanent, part-time Working Patterns: 2pm–10pm (including weekends) Note: Additional availability can be discussed at interview.

A supportive position within Co-op, this Customer Team Member role sees you play a key part in delivering exemplary service in a local Co-op store. Whether assisting at the post office, bakery, or handling online orders, you'll be frontline in enriching your community.

Responsibilities
As a Customer Team Member, you’ll:
- Provide friendly and thoughtful service, resolving customer queries efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain store performance, including:
- Ensuring shelves are stocked and accurate.
- Verifying pricing, dates, and temperature compliance.
- Promoting Co-op Membership and community support.
- Oversee post office counter transactions and front-shop operations.
- Contribute to store safety and legality checks.
Requirements
successful candidate should bring:
- A strong desire to support others and offer excellent customer service.
- Ability to work flexibly, accommodate different shifts, and collaborate.
- An enthusiasm for retail—experience is not mandatory.
Eligibility & Additional Notes
- Applicants must be 18 or over, as duties may require shifts before 6am or after 10pm.
