1,000+ customers across 50+ countries trust us, including Cleary Gottlieb, Goodwin, Linklaters, White & Case, Dentons, and Barclays. We’ve scaled to $100M+ in ARR, with teams across Europe, North America and APAC, and continue to expand through acquisitions including Qura, Walter AI and Graceview.
Our partners include world-class performers, such as Aaron Judge and the New York Yankees, Ludvig Åberg (and his caddie), and campaigns featuring Jude Law.
Why Join Legora?
Joining Legora means embracing three core principles:
- We lean in: Ownership over titles, outcomes over intentions.
- We fight for excellence: High standards, direct, ego-free feedback.
- We grow together: As a team and with our customers.
Mission before ego. Everyone contributes. No one coasts.
If you’re driven by impact, pace, and raising the bar, this is where you belong.
The Role: Customer Trust Specialist
Customer Trust is how Legora earns and retains the confidence of the world’s most demanding legal firms—by managing their data and our AI with utmost care. This team serves as the front line for security, privacy, and compliance scrutiny, answering tough questions asked by buyers, CISOs, procurement, and legal teams. You’ll own key areas, including:
- Security questionnaires (SIG, CAIQ, bespoke requests)
- Trust portal & evidence repository
- End-to-end compliance with SOC 2, ISO 27001, and AI governance standards
You’ll collaborate with Information Security, Privacy & Legal, as well as Go-to-Market, to turn scrutiny into signed, renewed, and expanded relationships. Your work ensures Legora is easy to trust—and easy to buy.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
