Customer Value Manager – English & German-speaking
Ravical is looking for a Customer Value Manager to own the post-sales journey for our English- and German-speaking clients. You'll guide accounting and advisory firms from onboarding through activation, renewal, and expansion, making sure they see real value and confidently build Ravical into their daily workflows. Success in this role looks like healthy usage, strong renewals, growing accounts, and clients who can articulate the value they're getting. You'll work closely with the founders and sit at the centre of how Ravical delivers on its promise to customers.

Responsibilities
- Guide the customer journey and provide expert guidance throughout the post-sales experience: from onboarding and activation to ongoing satisfaction and retention
- Act as a trusted partner, designing and executing strategic interventions rooted in a deep understanding of each client's business goals
- Ensure clients see real value and can confidently integrate Ravical into their daily workflows
- Track usage patterns and proactively reach out to clients who could benefit from additional guidance
- Drive renewals and identify opportunities for expansion within accounts
- Manage and nurture relationships across different levels within client organisations, from individual advisers to decision-makers
- Conduct regular check-ins, webinars, and training sessions tailored to different stakeholder needs
- Spot success stories and help clients articulate the value they're getting

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar client-facing role within a SaaS environment
- A proven track record of managing multi-stakeholder relationships and driving customer outcomes
- Strong strategic thinking coupled with hands-on execution skills
- A natural ability to explain complex concepts simply: you can teach advisers how to work with AI without overwhelming them
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in both English and German
- Nice to have: experience in professional services (accountancy) or familiarity with adviser workflows
