In this role, you will act as the strategic “Outcome Owner”, aligning post-signature customer relationships with Phenom’s Sophisticated Ways of Working (SWOW). Working closely with account managers and local support teams, you will ensure customers unlock the full potential of Phenom’s AI capabilities. - Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs). Utilising data-driven insights, show value attainment, celebrate milestones, and strategically align future platform optimisation.
- Act as the customer trusted advisor and platform SME, diagnosing complex issues and designing comprehensive optimisation strategies to maximise adoption.
2. Regional Leadership & Collaborative Orchestration
- Serve as the primary strategic owner for customer health and sentiment, utilising discretion to operationalise AI and automation for scalable results.
- Partner across local Implementation, Product, Account Management, and Support teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Build trust-based relationships through in-region presence, engaging in regular office culture activities, team meetings, and onsite customer discussions (workshops, strategic sessions, relationship mapping).

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
