Customer Value Manager
Customer Value Manager – Procurement & Source-to-Pay (S2P) Success
We are seeking an experienced Customer Value Manager to enhance our customer success initiatives. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Source-to-Pay (S2P) and procurement, with prior experience as a Solution Architect, Solutions Consultant, Implementation Consultant, Customer Advisor, Procurement Manager, Procurement Advisor, or Procurement Centre of Excellence (COE) professional.

Job Overview
As a Customer Value Manager, you will serve as a strategic partner to our enterprise customers, helping them:
- Implement Source-to-Pay (S2P) best practices
- Achieve procurement digital transformation goals
- Maximize return on investment (ROI) through optimized procurement platforms
- Drive CPO-level KPIs, including spend under management, cost savings, process efficiency, supplier collaboration, and procurement ROI
This is a high-impact, customer-facing role focused on adoption, advocacy, and unlocking business value from our procurement platform.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Consulting & Value Realisation
- Consult customers on industry best practices and strategic S2P optimization
- Align customer procurement objectives with solution capabilities post-implementation
- Develop and present custom value roadmaps for procurement process excellence and digital maturity
KPI & Outcome Tracking
- Map and track CPO-level KPIs, such as:
- Spend under management
- Realized cost savings
- Process automation adoption
- Supplier performance improvements
- Compliance rates
Stakeholder Engagement & Advocacy
- Act as a strategic advisor to CPOs, Procurement COEs, and transformation teams
- Build strong relationships with executive sponsors, procurement leadership, and operational stakeholders
- Proactively monitor customer health, adoption metrics, and renewal/expansion risks
- Act as an internal customer advocate, ensuring feedback is shared with Product, Support, and Delivery teams

Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Procurement COEs, Customer Advisory, and Consulting teams to accelerate digital transformation
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Implementation teams to ensure long-term customer success
Requirements
Essential Qualifications
✔ 5–15 years of experience in:
- Procurement, S2P consulting, Procurement COE, Customer Advisory, or procurement transformation
- Consulting/advising CPOs, procurement leaders, or transformation teams
✔ Deep expertise in:
- Source-to-Pay (S2P), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Strategic Sourcing, Contract Management, or Supplier Management
- Procurement digital transformation KPIs and value drivers
✔ Background with leading S2P platforms, such as:
- SAP Ariba
- Coupa
- Ivalua
- GEP SMART
- Jaggaer (Strong preference for candidates familiar with Zycus’ Cognitive Procurement platform.)
Key Skills & Mindset
✔ Strategic mindset with ability to engage and influence C-level stakeholders ✔ Commercial acumen – experience supporting renewals, expansions, and customer advocacy ✔ Highly collaborative, outcome-driven, and analytical ✔ Comfortable in fast-moving, global, and matrixed SaaS environments
Preferred Qualifications
🔹 Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, or related field 🔹 Procurement certifications (e.g., CIPS, CPSM) are a plus 🔹 Familiarity with:
- Change management, value realization frameworks
- Strategic program management

- Manage a portfolio of enterprise customers in the procurement/S2P space
- Build trusted stakeholder relationships while ensuring consistent, value-driven engagement
Cross-Sell & Upsell Execution
- Identify expansion opportunities by understanding customer needs
- Collaborate with Sales teams to execute expansion plans, including:
- Additional modules
- New products/services
Customer Advocacy & Data-Driven Engagement
- Use insights from NPS, CSAT, adoption, and utilization metrics to guide account prioritization strategies
- Maintain CRM records on customer interactions, health status, and renewal/expansion forecasts
