What You'll Do
- Manage warehouse entry reservations
- Monitor full cargo flow from destination port to warehouse
- Follow up on:
- Booking
- Pickup
- Customs declaration
- Clearance
- Track shipment status and resolve exceptions in a timely manner
- Manage operational data for cross-border businesses
- Analyse overall operational performance in Europe and propose optimization plans
- Maintain logistics operation ledgers
- Calculate transit time and optimize transport capacity
- Generate operation reports and KPI data

About You
Experience & Qualifications
Industry Experience: 3 years or above Position-related Experience: 3 years or above Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher
Language & Skills
- Fluent in Chinese and English
- Prior cross-border operation experience required
- Professional training in customs or cross-border trade preferred
