💷 Salary starting from: £30,030.00 (Days) - £32,887.96 (Nights)
🕓 Available Shifts: Days & Lates 4 on 3 off (Sun-Wed) & (Wed-Sat) - Days, Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri - Nights
📅 Next Assessment Centre: 14th of July

Vitacress Herbs is looking for a driven and experienced Line Leader to manage packing lines within our Cut Packhouse. You’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality finished goods, leading your team, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
⭐ What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading up to three flow-wrapping lines or two Vertical Filling lines
- Setting up machinery safely and ensuring optimal performance throughout your shift
- Monitoring line efficiency and hitting KPIs (PPM, PPPM, waste, giveaway & labour costs)
- Ensuring all customer specifications and online records are completed accurately
- Supporting Continuous Improvement projects and collaborating with Engineering
- Training, coaching, and motivating your team to excel
- Maintaining strict Food Safety and Health & Safety standards

- Highly motivated, results-driven team player
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced, chilled environment
- Experience in food manufacturing (desirable)
- Previous machine-level or ERP system experience (desirable)
- H&S and Food Safety awareness (desirable)
