📄 Contract: Permanent, Full Time 4 on 3 off (Sun-Wed) & (Wed-Sat) - Days, Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri - Nights
💷 Salary: Starting from £29,047.20 (Days) - £31,811.62 (Nights)
📅 Next Assessment Centre: 14th of July
📅 Next Induction: 27th July & 12th August

We’re looking for a motivated, hands-on team player to set up, run, and maintain our cut packhouse machinery and packing lines—keeping quality high, reducing waste, and helping us meet the standards our customers rely on.
What You’ll Do
- Set up and operate cutting and packing line machinery safely and accurately
- Ensure cut herbs are processed to specification before packing
- Check labels, seals, weights, and overall product quality
- Meet key daily KPIs (including waste reduction & efficiency targets)
- Keep your line running smoothly with strong communication and teamwork
- Maintain excellent hygiene and follow all H&S and Food Safety procedures
- Support Continuous Improvement projects to help make our site even better

- Health & Safety awareness (essential)
- Experience in machine operation, cut packhouse processes, or food manufacturing (desirable)
