Are you looking for a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment? We’re hiring Machine Operatives to join our Cut Packhouse team at Vitacress Herbs. You’ll play a key role in setting up and running packing line machinery, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently while maintaining the highest quality standards.
What You’ll Do
- Set up and operate planting or packing line machinery safely and accurately.
- Carry out start-up safety checks, maintaining compliance with Health and Safety and Food Safety regulations.
- Ensure customer orders are packed correctly and on time.
- Monitor and maintain product quality throughout the process.
- Help achieve daily KPIs, including waste reduction and efficiency targets.
- Keep your work area clean and organised—“clean as you go” is key!
