Hybrid working Cutover Manager, IFS, ERP, Oracle, D365, Salesforce
We are seeking an experienced Cutover Manager to lead and coordinate end-to-end cutover activities for large-scale ERP implementation and transformation programmes. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering complex data migration and cutover events from legacy systems into modern ERP platforms IFS ideally or other ERP's, ensuring business continuity and minimal disruption across multiple business units and locations.
The role requires strong stakeholder management, programme governance, risk management, and execution capabilities within complex and often federated organisational environments.

You must be able to demonstrable experience successfully managing cutover and migration activities for ERP transformation programmes involving the transition from legacy systems.
Candidates Should Be Able To Demonstrate
- Number of ERP cutover/migration projects delivered.
- Experience transitioning from legacy platforms to modern ERP solutions.
- Ownership of end-to-end cutover planning, rehearsal, execution, hypercare, and rollback planning.
- Management of business, technical, data, infrastructure, and third-party dependencies.

Candidates Should Demonstrate Experience Managing
- Multiple business units or legal entities.
- Diverse stakeholder groups.
- Site-specific deployment requirements.
- Local versus central governance models.
- Complex change and communication requirements across numerous locations.
