Qualifications
- 0-3 years of retail experience
- Comfortable engaging customers to deliver an elevated experience
- Driven by enthusiasm for interacting with customers and athletic products
- Proactive—completes tasks or activities without constant supervision
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities
- Provide high customer satisfaction by mastering product knowledge and collaborating with co-workers to deliver excellence in sales service
- Meet sales, customer experience, and operational expectations
- Maintain personal and productivity goals
- Build rapport with customers by using open-ended questions to understand their needs
- Continuously learn and share expertise in product knowledge and trends to tailor solutions
- Stay updated on current/upcoming product trends
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment
