Athletic Footwear & Apparel Retail Associate – Shepherds Bush, London
About the Role

This role is all about teamwork—collaborating with colleagues while pushing your own sales and customer service skills. Success is measured by hitting personal productivity goals and delivering an exceptional in-store experience every time.
Requirements
- 0-3 years of retail experience (preferred)
- Confident and natural at engaging customers to create an elevated experience
- Motivated by customer interaction and love for athletic products
- Self-driven—able to complete tasks without constant supervision
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and bank holidays

Key Responsibilities
- Drive high customer satisfaction by mastering product knowledge and collaborating with teammates to deliver stellar sales service
- Meet sales targets while exceeding operational and customer experience expectations
- Hit personal and team productivity goals
- Build rapport with customers using open-ended questions to uncover their needs
- Stay ahead of trends and product knowledge, sharing expertise with colleagues
- Maintain awareness of current and upcoming products and trends
- Foster a positive, inclusive work environment
