Athletic Footwear & Apparel Retail Associate – Shepherds Bush, London

About the Role

Your enthusiasm is infectious; you thrive on natural, friendly conversations, adapting to different customer types, and resolving issues with a smile.

This role is all about teamwork—collaborating with colleagues while pushing your own sales and customer service skills. Success is measured by hitting personal productivity goals and delivering an exceptional in-store experience every time.


Requirements

  • 0-3 years of retail experience (preferred)
  • Confident and natural at engaging customers to create an elevated experience
  • Motivated by customer interaction and love for athletic products
  • Self-driven—able to complete tasks without constant supervision
  • Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and bank holidays
