Role/Team Overview
Our products, platforms and technologies are constantly evolving that’s why keeping Sky safe from cyber-attacks is one of our top priorities. Our Cyber Security team helps the business grow while protecting our customers, colleagues and partners from increasingly sophisticated cyber threats.
Our Global Continuous Controls Monitoring (CCM) and Compliance team helps Sky improve their security compliance posture by providing clear, trusted insight into control effectiveness.
You’ll join a small team supporting the Panaseer CCM platform, focused on delivering high-quality reporting for Sky and ensuring the data and dashboards behind it are accurate, reliable and actionable
What You’ll Do –
- Diagnose and resolve data quality issues across multiple feeds and datasets, including root-cause analysis, fixes and validation of outcomes
- Design, build and maintain dashboards and business logic, delivering value for users while ensuring outputs remain reliable and supportable within the platform
- Support back-end data design decisions (e.g., entity matching/merging logic, business rules, and how changes impact reporting)
- Assess, onboard and improve new data feeds: define requirements, map data, validate outputs and ensure they integrate cleanly into the platform
- Run and support day-to-day platform operations, including monitoring, triage, incident support and continuous improvement of BAU processes
- Own BAU ticket resolution end-to-end, including access management, data fixes and user support
- Work across both development and operational support, ensuring everything built is well-documented, maintainable and aligned to how the platform is run
- Respond to ad hoc leadership queries, quickly pulling together and validating data to support urgent or evolving business questions
- Operate as part of a small, hands-on team: stepping across data, platform support and operational tasks as needed to keep the platform running effectively

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
