About the Role

Cyber Portfolio and Governance Analyst

You will join the Cyber Agile Portfolio Management team and play a key role in enabling the Cyber leadership team and wider stakeholders to work effectively together while reducing risk across Vodafone.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with stakeholders across Cyber Security to bring structure, visibility, and alignment to key priorities.
  • Act as a central point of coordination, translating complex information into clear reporting, communications, and governance outputs.
  • Partner with Cyber functions to provide insight, governance, and operational support across:
    • Financial management and reporting
    • Resource planning
    • Portfolio oversight

Financial and Resource Management:

  • Support the Cyber budget squad in budget planning and financial management.
  • Produce internal Cyber finance materials, including briefings and presentation packs tailored to the audience.
  • Provide budget support to maintain financial visibility, control, and alignment across teams.
  • Manage resource planning for both onshore and offshore resources.

Governance and Reporting:

  • Plan, lead, and communicate Cyber portfolio governance ceremonies, including:
    • Portfolio Review
    • PI Planning
    • DB Business Planning
    • Reviews with Voyager-led organisation (VOIS)
  • Coordinate reporting cycles and ensure deadlines are met for deliverables.

Programme Leadership:

  • Lead ad hoc programmes and initiatives requiring coordination across Cyber teams.

Operational Coordination:

  • Manage meetings effectively—prepare agendas, ensure time efficiency, and capture actions for clear communication.

Requirements

Who You Are:

Essential:

  • Proactive and analytical approach to planning and risk management.
  • Experience in forecasting and budgeting; experience with SAP is advantageous but not essential.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills:
    • Ability to build effective relationships, navigate confidently across functions.
    • Establish trust, credibility, and influence stakeholders.
  • Strong organisation and attention to detail under pressure and tight deadlines.
  • Global mindset with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams and cultures.
  • Experience working in an Agile environment, preferably Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
  • Understanding of operational and strategic levels to influence action.

Advantageous:

  • Experience applying process improvement methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma.
  • Technical skills in:
    • Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, Excel, and Azure DevOps.
    • PowerPoint, Excel, and Word for preparing high-quality materials.
