About The Role
We are seeking motivated and dedicated individuals to join our Cyber Security Career Programme, which aims to equip participants with the essential skills, certifications, and practical experience needed to excel in the cybersecurity industry. As a participant in this program, you will undergo comprehensive training that combines live instructor-led sessions, hands-on projects, and mentorship. The role is designed for those seeking a career change or entry into the tech sector, regardless of prior experience. Upon successful completion, participants are guaranteed a placement with our partner employers, helping to launch their careers in cybersecurity and IT security management.
Qualifications
While prior technical experience is not required, candidates should demonstrate a strong desire to learn and develop in the cybersecurity field. Essential qualities include good communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive attitude. A high school diploma or equivalent is sufficient to apply, with a preference for candidates showing enthusiasm for technology and security. The program is suitable for career changers, recent graduates, or professionals seeking to upskill in a high-growth sector. Fluency in English and the ability to commit to full-time training are also necessary.

Responsibilities
- Engage actively in live, instructor-led online training sessions covering core cybersecurity concepts and industry best practices.
- Complete industry-recognised certifications including Microsoft Azure Fundamentals, CompTIA Security+, CompTIA CySA+, and Forescout FSCA, including exam resits if necessary.
- Participate in hands-on project work that simulates real-world business security challenges, applying theoretical knowledge to practical situations.
- Collaborate with peers and mentors to enhance learning and problem-solving skills.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of cybersecurity tools, protocols, and compliance standards.
- Prepare for and pass the certification exams to validate your skills and knowledge.
- Work closely with partner employers to secure employment opportunities post-training, demonstrating readiness and confidence in your new skills.
