About The Role

We are seeking motivated and dedicated individuals to join our Cyber Security Career Programme, designed to prepare participants for a successful career in cybersecurity. This role involves delivering comprehensive online training sessions, mentoring students through practical projects, and providing guidance on industry certifications. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, excellent communication skills, and a passion for teaching and mentorship. As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of aspiring cybersecurity professionals, helping them develop the technical expertise and confidence necessary to excel in the field. Qualifications

  • Proven experience in cybersecurity, information security, or related IT fields
  • Industry-recognised certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CISSP, or equivalent are preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in delivering training or mentoring in technical subjects
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to explain complex concepts clearly
  • Self-motivated with a passion for continuous learning and professional development
  • Ability to adapt to different learning styles and engage diverse audiences

Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging and interactive online training sessions covering core cybersecurity topics
  • Guide students through practical exercises and real-world scenarios to enhance their hands-on skills
  • Support students in preparing for industry-recognised certifications, including providing study resources and mentorship
  • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to facilitate continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with industry partners to ensure training content remains relevant and up-to-date
  • Assist in developing new training modules and updating existing course materials
  • Maintain a positive and motivating learning environment to foster student engagement and success
