Human Risk Analyst – Cyber Security Awareness Training Hours: Full Time, Hybrid Working (Monday–Thursday 9am–6pm, Friday 9am–4pm)

ty An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Human Risk Analyst to join a growing cyber security services team. This role focuses on delivering Security Awareness Training programmes and phishing simulation campaigns that help organisations strengthen their resilience against social engineering attacks and other human-focused cyber threa
ts. You will work closely with customers to onboard, manage and optimise security awareness programmes, providing valuable insights and recommendations that improve user behaviour and reduce cyber r
isk. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with experience in security awareness training, email security, phishing simulation, cyber security services, customer success, or service management who enjoys building strong client relationships and delivering exceptional ser
vice. Key Responsibi litiesSecurity Awareness Programme Mana gementManage the onboarding of new customers onto Security Awareness Training and Human Risk Management plat forms.Configure and deliver phishing simulation campaigns and security awareness training progr ammes.Review campaign results and identify opportunities to improve customer resilience against social engineering at tacks.Client Relationship Mana gementBuild and maintain strong relationships with cust omers.Understand customer objectives and ensure services are aligned to their require ments.Deliver a consistently high level of customer service and su pport.Service Delivery & Impro vementProvide guidance and recommendations to help customers improve their security awareness po sture.Analyse training and phishing performance data to identify trends and areas for improv ement.Recommend service enhancements based on performance metrics, industry best practice and independent res earch.Reporting & R eviewsProduce high-quality reports and customer review presenta tions.Deliver meaningful insights that demonstrate progress and support continuous improv ement.Track and monitor service performance against agreed objec tives.Operational S upportAct as a key point of contact for service-related queries and i ssues.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure prompt resolution of customer req uests.Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions, service activities and out

Essential Req uirementsMinimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing cyber security, IT services or operational supp ort role.Experience producing service reports, conducting customer reviews and identifying service improvement oppor tunities.Strong communication and interpersona l skills.Excellent organisational and time management a bilities.Proven customer service and relationship management ex perience.Strong analytical and problem-solvin g skills.High attention to detail and commitment to quality.Ability to work effectively both independently and as part o f a team.Desire to learn and develop new skills within cyber
