Job Description
We’re searching for a Cyber Security Culture Consultant to join our Digital Trust and Cyber Security Team.
As part of this dynamic and forward-thinking team, you will strengthen cybersecurity culture by addressing security awareness, engaging users, and fostering behaviour change. Your focus is on understanding current interactions with cybersecurity, then designing practical solutions to embed secure behaviours into day-to-day operations.
Key Opportunities
You’ll have the chance to:
- Assess organisational security culture, identifying behavioural risks and control gaps to guide targeted improvement strategies.
- Design and deliver human-centric interventions for complex cybersecurity challenges, emphasising sustainable behaviour change.
- Develop and tailor security awareness and culture strategies tailored to specific needs.
- Create targeted campaigns and communications, ensuring they are clear, measurable, engaging, and tailored to the audience.
- Build trusted relationships with stakeholders across all organisational levels to influence behaviours and drive cybersecurity ownership.
- Apply structured consulting, cybersecurity, and behaviour change methodologies to tackle client challenges.
- Support capability development through knowledge sharing, mentoring, and expanding cybersecurity culture offerings.

Work Arrangement
Flexible working is embedded into our operations. We currently operate a discretionary hybrid working model, recommending employees spend at least two days in the office weekly to balance productivity and work-life.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
To excel in this role, you need:
- Proven ability to drive security culture transformation and foster behaviour change across different organisations.
- In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity risks and how human factors influence secure behaviours.
- Experience in designing and delivering awareness, engagement, or behaviour change programmes, with a knack for simplifying complex topics for non-technical audiences.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills, particularly when engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement capabilities, with the ability to build trust and motivate behavioural change across all levels.
- A holistic understanding of cybersecurity—spanning people, processes, and technology.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams to deliver cybersecurity or culture programmes.
- Relevant cybersecurity qualifications or certifications.
- Up-to-date knowledge of emerging technologies and cybersecurity trends and threat landscapes.
Assessment Process
Note: The stages may vary based on role requirements.

- Round 1: Competency or technical interview (60 mins).
- Round 2: whichever interview you didn’t complete in Round 1 (competency or technical, 60 mins).
- Final round: Mini case study and discussion on client-centricity, presented by a PA leader (60 mins).
