About the Role
We're seeking a Cyber Security Culture Consultant to join our Digital Trust and Cyber Security Team. In this dynamic position, you’ll contribute to strengthening cyber security culture across a broad spectrum of projects, focusing on security awareness, user engagement, and sustainable behaviour change.
You’ll assess current behavioural risks, develop impactful solutions, and influence organisation-wide security ownership through tailored strategies and compelling campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
As part of our forward-thinking team, you’ll:
- Assess and improve organisational security culture by identifying behavioural risks and control gaps, informing targeted improvement plans
- Design human-centric cyber security solutions for complex challenges, focusing on long-term behaviour change
- Develop and tailor security awareness and culture strategies that resonate and align with client needs
- Create engaging, measurable campaigns with clear messaging tailored for diverse audiences (technical and non-technical)
- Build trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels to drive adoption and embed security ownership
- Apply structured consulting, cyber security, and behavioural science methodologies to resolve client challenges
- Support capability growth through knowledge-sharing, mentoring, and expanding PA’s cyber culture offerings via bids and business development

Flexible Working: Your role will operate under a discretionary hybrid model ( mínimo 2 days in the office weekly ).
Requirements
Successful candidates will possess:
✔ Proven expertise in driving cyber security culture transformation and embedding behaviour change across diverse organisations ✔ Deep understanding of cyber security risks—especially human factors that influence secure behaviours ✔ Experience designing engagement initiatives (e.g., awareness programs, behaviour-change strategies), translating technical topics into clear, accessible language ✔ Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills, with confidence engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders ✔ Exceptional stakeholder management abilities to influence behaviours at every organisational level ✔ Holistic view of cyber security spanning people, processes, and technology ✔ Experience working cross-functionally in cyber security or culture program delivery ✔ Relevant certifications or qualifications (e.g., CISSP, (ISC)², BCS, etc.) and knowledge of emerging threats, technologies, and trends
Assessment Process
The selection process may adapt to role-specific needs and includes:
- Quick call with a Technical Recruiter (discussion of application, role, and PA)
- Round 1: Competency or technical interview (60 mins)
- Round 2: Competency or technical interview (whichever isn’t covered in Round 1)
- Final round: Case study + discussion with a PA leader (60 mins)
