Cyber Security Officer (Operations)
You will be part of the firm’s Cyber Security function, focusing on protecting the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the firm’s systems and client data.
This is a hands-on, technical role centered on cyber security operations, including detection, response, and continuous improvement. You will:
- Support and enhance the firm’s security capability across cloud, endpoint, identity, and data platforms
- Contribute to secure solution design and implement practical security controls aligning with firm standards
Key Responsibilities
- Support and improve the operational security capability, covering:
- Monitoring
- Detection
- Incident response
- Help optimize the firm’s use of Microsoft Sentinel as the central SIEM (Security Information and Event Management) platform
- Apply Security Copilot capabilities to improve investigation, triage, and analysis processes
- Collaborate with an outsourced SOC and internal teams to:
- Strengthen service quality
- Enhance response times
- Drive service improvement
- Assist in investigating complex or high-severity incidents, escalating where necessary

Who We're Looking For
We are seeking candidates with:
- Strong experience in cyber security operations, incident response, or threat detection
- Proven hands-on knowledge of working with Microsoft Sentinel in a production environment
- Good understanding of Microsoft Security Copilot or comparable AI-assisted security tools
- Experience managing or working closely with an outsourced SOC / MDR (Managed Detection and Response) provider
