Role Description

This is a quick and simple project for a Cyber Security expert who already has current employment. As a Mystery Shopper, you will engage with three cyber tech SaaS companies as a prospective buyer to assess their sales process and evaluate buyer experiences. That’s it - analyzing findings and client reports are done by the rest of the team.

Qualifications

  • Credible job title in Cyber Security
  • Familiar with sandboxing, malware analysis, threat detection, threat intelligence, investigation workflows, automation, and SOC efficiency
  • Experience working independently
  • Basic communication and customer service abilities for assessing sales interactions effectively
  • Familiarity with SaaS or software sales processes, strategies, and techniques is a strong advantage
