Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

You do not need to have experience across every area. The business is interested in candidates who bring strong expertise within one or more cyber disciplines, alongside the ability to advise clients, manage senior stakeholders and lead successful delivery.

At Manager grade, you will take ownership of client workstreams, shape cyber solutions, lead delivery teams and contribute to the continued growth of the wider security practice.

Why consider it?

  • Access to larger and more complex cyber programmes
  • Exposure across multiple industries and clients
  • The opportunity to broaden your current cyber specialism
  • Clear progression into senior leadership positions
  • Strong investment in training and professional development
  • Access to an established global network of cyber specialists
  • Greater internal mobility across security, technology and transformation

This could suit someone currently working within a consultancy, systems integrator, regulated organisation or internal cyber team who feels their current scope has become too narrow, their projects lack scale or their progression opportunities are limited.

Roles are available across the UK, with hybrid working and client travel varying depending on the engagement. Certain opportunities may also require candidates to obtain UK Government security clearance.

The process is straightforward, with just two interview stages.
