Your role:
As a Cyber Security Operations Analyst, you will play a key role in protecting Global Relay by monitoring the technology environment, investigating security events and supporting the timely detection and response to cyber threats. You will operate enterprise security technologies and execute established operational processes to help maintain the confidentiality, integrity and availability of the organization's systems and data.
You will work closely with Engineering, Infrastructure, Product, Security Architecture & Technology and other technology teams to investigate security events, support incident response activities and contribute to the prioritization of technical vulnerabilities based on exploitability, exposure and threat intelligence.
Working within the Security Operations & Threat Management team, you will contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes, monitoring capabilities and cyber resilience while helping ensure Global Relay can effectively detect, respond to and recover from cyber threats.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
