Cyber Security Project Manager | Insurance | London | Inside IR35 | £600/day
We're supporting a leading London Market insurance client who is looking to appoint an experienced Cyber Security Project Manager to join a major security transformation programme.
This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-profile cyber initiatives within a complex, regulated environment, managing multiple security projects from inception through to delivery.
Location: London (Hybrid - 2-3 days per week)
Rate: Up to £600 per day (Inside IR35)
Contract: Initial 6 months
The Role
You'll be responsible for leading the delivery of cyber security projects across a range of strategic initiatives, working closely with security, technology, and business stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver end-to-end cyber security projects within agreed scope, budget, and timescales.
- Manage project plans, RAID logs, governance, and reporting.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across Security, IT, and the wider business.
- Engage senior stakeholders and provide regular programme updates.
- Manage third-party suppliers and delivery partners.
- Ensure projects align with regulatory and security requirements.

Requirements:
- Proven experience delivering Cyber Security projects within Insurance or Banking.
- Strong project management experience across multiple concurrent workstreams.
- Experience delivering security initiatives such as IAM, PAM, SOC, Cloud Security, Network Security, Vulnerability Management, or Security Transformation.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of governance, risk, and change management.
- PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent project management certification is desirable.
