The Opportunity
We’re looking for an experienced Cyber Security Recruitment Consultant who understands the market, speaks the language, and is ready to take ownership of a warm, growing desk.
This is a genuine opportunity to step into a role with existing cyber security clients already in place, full autonomy over your market, and the long-term potential to build and lead your own team within an established, growing business.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing and developing existing cyber security clients from day one
- Running a dual desk, managing both permanent and contract recruitment across the UK cyber market
- Building long-term, trusted relationships with candidates and clients
- Owning the full recruitment lifecycle end-to-end
- Identifying and developing new opportunities within the cyber security space
- Playing a key role in growth, with future scope to build and manage a team

What We’re Looking For
- 12+ months’ experience recruiting specifically within cyber security
- Strong understanding of cyber security roles, terminology, and market dynamics
- Proven ability to manage clients and recruitment processes independently
- Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable with autonomy and accountability
- Ambitious, driven, and motivated to build something long-term
