π We're Hiring: International Cyber Security Service Delivery Manager (SDM)
Location: Reading / Leeds (with international travel as required)
Security Clearance: SC Eligible

Lead a Mission-Critical International Cyber Security Programme
Mastek is seeking an experienced International Cyber Security Service Delivery Manager (SDM) to lead the operational delivery of a high-profile cyber security resilience programme for a UK Central Government client.
This is a unique opportunity to shape the service from mobilisation, establish governance frameworks, manage senior client relationships, and lead a multidisciplinary team delivering cyber resilience services across multiple international jurisdictions.
What You'll Be Doing
- β Act as the primary operational point of contact for the client
- β Lead day-to-day delivery of cyber security services across multiple Service Orders
- β Ensure achievement of contractual SLAs and proactively mitigate service credit risks
- β Build and run governance, reporting, risk management and service review frameworks
- β Manage resource deployment, mobilisation and rapid replacement requirements
- β Lead client engagement, escalations, change control and commercial discussions
- β Oversee fixed-price service delivery, resource planning and utilisation
- β Support international teams while ensuring duty of care, health and safety compliance
- β Collaborate with account leadership and resourcing teams to maintain a resilient cyber talent pool

What We're Looking For
- β Proven experience as a Service Delivery Manager, Account Manager, Programme Manager, or Delivery Manager
- β Strong background managing SLA-driven managed services contracts
- β Experience handling service credits, governance reporting, change control and commercial delivery
- β Strong stakeholder management skills with confidence interacting at senior leadership level
- β Experience managing multidisciplinary teams, contractors and partner resources
- β Solid understanding of cyber security and cyber resilience services
- β Experience working within government, regulated or international environments
- β Excellent communication, reporting and leadership skills
Desirable Certifications
- ITIL Foundation or higher
- PRINCE2, PMP, APM, MSP or Agile certifications
- Security+, CISMP or equivalent cyber qualification
- Commercial/Contract Management certifications (IACCM/WCC beneficial)
